In 2014 SHGO began a new partnership with Pastor Bruce Fletcher of ‘Operation Save Jamaica’ with the intent to support a church led ‘Street Pastor’ initiative geared to at-risk youth and the economically disadvantaged in the slums of Kingston, Jamaica. In 2016 Pastor Fletcher and Dr. David Jordan collaborated to propose a country-wide ‘social impact investment fund’ for Jamaica linking the business sector, the global Jamaican Diaspora, and the charitable sector to address systemic social challenges in the country.
